Sonderpick offers Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional shipping or handling fee.

Outside India

How can I track my order?
You can track your order directly through our website once it has been shipped.

• If your tracking number begins with “15”, please select Xpressbees as the courier.
• If your tracking number begins with “2”, please select Delhivery as the courier.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery progress.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the purchase is completed.

How will I know my package has been shipped?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
After the order has been processed and shipped, another shipping confirmation email will be sent containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier system after dispatch.
