Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• Returns are accepted only after verification and approval by our support team.
• Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection and will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
To initiate a return:

For product replacement, please initiate a return for the current item. Once the return is approved, you may use the store credit or discount coupon issued by us to place a new order.
In cases such as product dislike, incorrect size ordered, or wrong model ordered, a reverse pickup service may be arranged with a fee of ₹100.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damaged item, the return shipping charges will be reimbursed after verification.
For defective products, customers must provide photo or video proof to help us verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.
A valid proof of purchase (order receipt) is required to initiate any return request.
